A favorite exercise of mine to prepare for deadlifts, and not because they’re easy or I enjoy them 😝 Single Leg RDL’s with a PVC to help activate the hamstrings and posterior chain will warm up not only the muscle itself but the neurological pathway that controls the movement. Begin in standing position, hinge at hip with PVC pressed into top of foot, while simultaneously flexing foot so pvc is locked in. As you stand back up squeeze the glute, stay slow and controlled throughout whole movement. Barefoot/shoeless for an extra challenge, shoes on will give more stability. When you master no shoes, can add unstable surface such as a soft gymnastics mat. (Muscle and nerve work together to do all the movements you want your body to do, they literally cannot work without each other) give this a try and thanks to @codechiro for throwing this one my way 💪🏼🙌🏼

Activate your quadriceps as tightly as you can, locking the knee. 3. Perform hip flexion with the opposite leg moving into triple flexion (hip flexion, knee flexion, ankle dorsiflexion). 4. Once you're in triple flexion with opposite side, unlock knee, return to a locked position, and perform a heel raise. 5. This will put you in triple extension (hip extension, knee extension, and ankle plantarflexion). 6. Idemo se pripremiti za demolaciju nogu, odnosno pripremiti tijelo za naporni rad koji će uslijediti. Prošli tjedan sam objasnio što je to pa sad da samo ponovimo gradivo. Cilj pripremnog djela sata: zagrijavamo tijelo pomoću izvođenja određenih vježbi pripremiti za naporni rad koji usljeđuje. Antropološke zadaće: funkcionalna priprema lokomotornog aparata Sadržaji: Koristimo sve što nam je na raspolaganju kako bi aktivirali i pripremili sve mišiće koje ćemo koristiti taj trening, radi prevencije odnosno zaštite od ozljeda i pomaganju kod oporavka. Kao pripremni dio sata preporučujem istezanje, vježbe mobilnosti, vježbe stabilnosti. Pripremni dio predstavlja upravo to, pripremanje tijela za rad koji usljeđuje. Oviseći naravno o sposobnosti mobilnosti i stabilnosti pripremni dio je jako preporučljiv, upravo radi tih razloga, da postanemo više mobilni, stabilni, radi lakšeg izvođenja pokreta, te prevencije ozljeda. Za danas sam se odlučio posvetiti stražnjoj strani natkoljenice (zadnjoj loži). Meni osobno najdraži način kako aktivirati zadnju ložu je na lat mašini, pošto imam podlogu gdje mogu zataknuti zglobove i da imam fiksiranu površinu. Pokušavajući ostati što više uspravni, što sporije možemo spuštamo tijelo prema podu, kad dođemo do poda jednostavno se odgurnemo gore i tako opet.
